We're looking for loyal, mature players who are able to make raid times while being prepared with their consumables and perform to the best of their abilites.
How long have you actively been playing World of Warcraft? When selecting make sure you that don't include breaks. For example, if you played World of Warcraft for 4 years but in that time you took a 1 year break, then select 3 years.:
< then a year
What is the approximate amount of time you have played the character you want to raid with, in terms of real life not /played?:
5 days
What is your primary profession? Please only select a profession if it is at max level, otherwise choose "none" or "primary not max level.":
Primary not max level
What is your secondary profession? Please only select a profession if it is at max level, otherwise choose "none" or "secondary not max level.":
Secondary not max level
Give us some background on your raiding history and experience.:
Up until about 3 years ago I was a super casual MMO floater. Then Final Fantasy XIV came out and my life changed forever. I took my first steps into Binding Coil as a Summoner back when parsers didn’t parse pet damage correctly (which was incredibly disheartening seeing my name at the bottom of every parser ever, I was fully convinced I just sucked at the game). I did dungeons as Scholar for the faster queue times, and when my raid lead decided to quit playing I took over his spot healing. From that day forward I raided as a healer. Through many 8 man statics and experiencing tons of different dynamics, I eventually found my way into one of the top raiding guilds on my server. I went hardcore with them for 3 ½ months, chasing server first until the static eventually fell apart. After so much soul sucking work and putting in 18 ½ hours a week raiding, I decided to take an extended break from FFXIV (which is how I finally found my way to WoW).
What is your reason for wanting to join Salvation or what do you expect to get out of joining us?:
I wanted to join because through my snooping I’ve found that Salvation consistently leads the way for server raiding. I want to surround myself with competent people who know the game and might appreciate someone who knows next to nothing but works stupidly hard to learn and perform. I’m ready to return to raiding and experience what Legion has to offer. I don’t expect to earn a spot on the raid team right away, but I know I can get there. Until then, I’d be thrilled just to be able to run dungeons and ask questions.
Who recommended you to Salvation? Is there anyone in the guild that would be able to vouch for you that we could talk to for more information?:
Laith knew me my entire FFXIV career and can at least vouch for my ability to learn and progress at the highest level. We were Scholar theorycrafting buddies for quite some time.
Why should we consider you? (insert praise upon yourself here):
I promise I’m not an idiot. I’m wildly competitive, and I will 100% pull my own weight. I don’t bring any preconceived notions about the game or classes/specs because I’m basically a blank slate. I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was.
When is the best time to reach you in-game on said character?:
Weekends- 10am-midnight EST/7am-9pm PST (assuming I don’t have softball practice/tournament with the kids I coach) Weekdays- 6pm-midnight EST/3pm-9pm PST (barring softball practice nights which can be fluid)
What is your battle.net tag? This will help us reach you quickly once we have reviewed your application. Please note: This is not required if you do not feel comfortable providing your battle.net tag.:
Savarah#11252
Tell us a joke!:
No Man’s Sky lived up to the hype and you should spend your money on it.
It's possible that we may already have too many of the class or spec that you're wanting to play. If this is the case, we may still have room for you! Is there another alt or spec that you are comfortable with and would be willing to raid with us on?:
I have a fire mage at 110, around ilvl817. I intended for that to be my main, but something just felt like it was missing so I switched to priest. Granted I haven’t raided seriously on a DPS class for almost 2 years, but I like big numbers, so...
Lastly, place here any other information you believe may be relevant to your application.:
This is a link to my Twitch, which is filled with mostly raid videos and excerpts: https://www.twitch.tv/seregelleth/videos/all
I promise I’ll be a badass one day, I’ll try really really really hard. If I still end up sucking somehow I’ve been told that I’m entertaining at least. =3

Thanks for the application. There's actually a code in the guild info tab to bypass this application portion and be auto-accepted! >_< We'll try to get at you soon to fully discuss any options.
